During a transition between outgoing and incoming stakeholders, project communication had become fragmented, impacting alignment with both the client and the billing partner. To stabilise the relationship, E9’s design head, David, restructured the presentation process by consolidating multiple decks into a clearer, more focused narrative.
This approach helped manage the stakeholder handover while retaining the account, restoring PMC trust, and preventing scope disruption. By simplifying communication without reopening resolved decisions, the team ensured continuity and kept the project moving forward.
